Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
1.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellations
- All participant-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
- No partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
1.2 Event Organizer Cancellations
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- Participants will be notified via email and/or SMS regarding the cancellation.
- No additional compensation will be provided.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Timeline
- Refund requests (applicable only for organizer cancellations) will be processed within two business days.
- Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in the participant’s account.
- This timeline applies to all payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
2.2 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact the participant to arrange an alternative refund method.
3. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a booked event will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.
- This policy applies regardless of the reason for the no-show.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled by our customer service team.
- Decisions will be made within five business days of receiving a formal complaint.
- All decisions made by the customer service team are final.
